When should I call 911 or go to the emergency department?

Call 911 if you are experiencing potentially life-threatening symptoms.

The following are just some of the symptoms for which you should immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. (注:这不是一个完整的列表.)

Patients and proxies can request and download health records in MyChart at no cost.

Once you receive the notification that your 文件已在文档中心中准备好:

  1. 打开菜单并搜索/选择 文档中心.
  2. 选择 记录请求 option.
  3. Click 下载 在最近请求的记录上.
  4. 有些文档可能有锁图标. If you hover over the lock, you will see a password displayed. When you open the file on your computer, you will need to enter that password to see the report.

If you don’t have enough space on your computer for the download, you can request your record from the Health Information Management (HIM) Department instead. 这个过程的说明可以在这里找到.
